Most dispatch systems are built for drivers or for riders. Wave is built for operators — the people who own the outcomes when a ride is late, a wheelchair lift fails, or a catering order shows up cold. That's a meaningfully different product to design.
The platform runs the consumer app, the driver app, the ops dashboard, and the integrations that connect them: dispatch (AD), payments (Stripe), messaging (Twilio), routing (Google), and airports (ABT). One codebase, tenant-scoped, shipped continuously.
We don't manufacture trust. We don't fabricate testimonials, logos, or retention numbers that sound good in a pitch deck. If we can't show you how a metric was measured, it doesn't belong on the site.
And we pay drivers fairly. Pricing formulas, holiday surcharges, and tipping flow are transparent to the people doing the work. That's a platform choice, not a marketing one.
