- Do unused subscription rides roll over?
- Yes, into the following month. Overage is billed at the tier's per-mile rate.
- What counts as an included ride?
- A ride up to the mileage cap on your tier (10 miles on both Standard and Black). Beyond the cap bills as overage.
- How does Business pricing work?
- We quote based on expected volume, rider tiering, and whether Wave runs dispatch or you do. Written proposal within two business days.
- Can I run my own fleet on the platform?
- Yes — Fleet Platform licenses the full dispatch engine and apps under your brand. Per-tenant billing, multi-region discounts.
- What integrations are supported?
- Stripe, Twilio, Firebase, Google Maps, AD Dispatch, EzCater, OLO. Custom adapters are Enterprise scope.
- Do you work with airports?
- Yes — ABT Clearinghouse integration for participating airports. Tenant-scoped and audited.
